SaiVa AcadEmy, an Information Technology hub of making top software developers, has indeed done a great job in terms of making sure that skills can pay the bills for those who are not from the Indian Institutes of Technology or National Institute of Technology. Sushil Singh, in the summer of 2019, started a SaiVa AcadEmy for helping those who need it the most.
The academy has now placed over 800 candidates who are working for some of the leading MNCs. They have a plan and it is working very well for them. Hence, more and more people want to join SaiVa AcadEmy and make a way that can lead people to glory.
“We did start SaiVa AcadEmy for making sure that there should be a base that can help top IT brands to get what they want. IITs are not the only answer to make to names, one can also make good coding geniuses from anywhere.
“We do have those as tutors who are working for top IT brands with 15 years of experience. It just gives us the cutting edge over others. As they allow young brains to work with them, these things make them ready to join top names of the industry in six months,” said Sushil Singh.
SaiVa AcadEmy is one good example to follow and there are other examples too that are working well. However, placing over 800 candidates speak a lot. SaiVa works on communication skills and core skills development for making a root that can wonders.
“We are going well and can do even more. It is just that making more skilful professionals can only lead a person to the glory,” added Sushil.
