SaiVa AcadEmy places 20 talents at Wipro

SaiVa AcadEmy has indeed done a great job when it comes to making sure that skills should pay the bills in the Information Technology set-up. With their six-month training programme, SaiVa AcadEmy has set the tone for giving opportunities to top young software developers who want to learn programming skills in a practical manner but do not have the base to make a name.

It does lead many students to not make a name the way they want to. As the first salary package is crucial in making something productive, many young talents do not get the chance to do the same as there are a limited number of institutions that can make one shine in a productive manner.

SaiVa AcadEmy started with an aim to provide young children with a chance to learn the latest programming languages under the leadership of some of the leading IT pundits, having experience of over 15 years. These IT experts let these young talents work on their LIVE project, so the students can understand what it takes to become a name that can lead a person to glory.

SaiVa AcadEmy, in the last three years, has placed over 800 candidates working for MNCs around the world. They provide the average salary package of Rs 6 lakhs per anum. It is indeed a very decent package to start in India. Wipro joined hands with SaiVa AcadEmy in September 2019, they have taken around 120 candidates who are working for the MNCs.

These 20 candidates have earned the average package of Rs 7.5 per anum. Most of them have not got even a bachelor’s degree. With just six months of diploma, they are as ready as some of the other candidates after becoming B.tech graduates.

“I always had a vision of making sure that talents should get the base to shine. If the jobs are there in India, then it is our responsibility to make candidates ready and then move forward for bigger and better things,” said Sushil Singh; the director of SaiVa AcadEmy.

The way SaiVa AcadEmy has placed students working work for some of the leading organizations is just great and out of this world. It is just making India skilful and ready for taking the step of creating competition where there are skilful people who can make things possible.
